Mr. Curtis R. Manchoon | FCCA, CA, MBA (Warwick), FCMI

Curtis is the Founder, Executive Chairman and Principal Consultant of Leadership Consulting Group. Curtis is a Chartered Accountant (FCCA, CA) and studied for his MBA at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, Coventry. Curtis has also pursued professional studies at Harvard Business School and MIT in Boston and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Organisational Leadership. Prior to his consulting career, Curtis’ working experience included banking, accounting and general management. He has served as CEO and at the board level of several local and regional companies. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Governors of The University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT).

Dr. Steve Mohammed  | MSc, DPhil

Steve is a certified facilitator and trainer in Leadership development and coaching. He has extensive experience in building teams both locally and internationally. Steve’s career started within the petroleum industry, having attained a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, and later completed his Masters in Petroleum Engineering and Management at The University of the West Indies. He has been consulting alongside Curtis since the company’s inception.  Steve is a certified trainer for Birkmann International, DiSC Personality Profile, Future Achievement International and Tri-Axia Team Building. He is an adjunct professor in Organisational Leadership at Oxford Graduate School, USA and OASIS University in St. Augustine. Steve earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Oxford Graduate School TN, USA.

Ms. Reshma Sookdeo  | ASc, BA, MBA

Reshma has attained an Associate’s degree in Business Management with the Association of Business Executives (ABE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Heriot Watt University. She has also pursued an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with the Australian Institute of Business (AIB). Prior to her consulting career as an Associate Consultant in Leadership Development and Coaching at Leadership Consulting Group (LCG), Reshma has also worked with the government of Trinidad and Tobago at the Ministry of Finance, Board of Inland Revenue Division for several years.

Ms. T’Shura T. Maraj  | M.E.T, BSc.

T’Shura is the owner of a chemical company and also the Director of the Caribbean office of a multinational chemical buying house. Along with owning her own business, she is also an Associate Consultant with FranklinCovey specialising in the area of personal and organisational development. T’Shura has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and later channeled her development in the direction of Sales and Marketing. She holds a BSc in Information Systems and Management from the University of London. She is also a keynote speaker at many secondary schools and has travelled throughout the Caribbean speaking to young people about empowerment and transformation. She has a passion to impact lives and organisations for positive change and unmask the hidden potential in people.
